apparently red bull does...

I wonder if preworkout drinks would do the same, like NO Xplode, Superpump250, etc...

Why would you drink a redbull before working out?

oh no, I wouldn't

but almost all pre-workout supplements contain caffeine, just like redbull.
so i was wondering if they would have the same effect of red bull.

cuz TV tells you to

just my humble opinion, but skip the supplements and follow a healthy diet. don't even look at energy drinks.

caffeine has it's benefits for competition. i don't normally drink caffeine(kicked the habit in 2nd year). only once and a while just for the taste.

i take caffeine tablets once in a while to give me endurance when i need it.(not for everyday use). it shaved off 5 minutes off my grouse grind time in a week. tricks your body into thinking it's not tired.

my hero john berardi can explain better.
