Theres an Oakley store on Robson...

EDIT: It's a concept store, It's only open for 6 weeks through the olympics, some cool things in the store. They do "custom" sunglasses where you can mix and match the lenses and they also have an etching machine to etch whatever you want onto your lens to personalize them. Its pretty much diagonally across from the DT library on Robson.

refer to above. it's on the middle level, where you cross over from superstore side to the bay side. close to banana.

Any lowermainland store on Robson, metro. However, they are usually much cheaper in the states. :)
