I always see a bunch of cops setting up a camp on victoria and 16th. Whats going on there? does anyone know?

probably the olympics. theres TONS of cops around patroling

probably something to do with trout lake. it's blocked off as a practice rink for figure skaters. there's always a cop car and cameras set up at trout lake.
