i dunno if its techno or not but i think it is they always play it on the beat 94.5 and the courous is something like i "i got a feeling oh ohh" or " i have a feeling" around those lines.

i know its not alot of help but thats all i really could remember. also they've played the same song with sean kingston singing the main part as well.
