There are people of allll skill levels. Teams are separated into tiers according to their win/losses. Like all sports and things in life, practice only makes you better so the more you play.....the better you'll get.

There's quite a good number of lookers..... if you throw at their racks, they're more likely to catch it and take you out. :haha:
