well i know the game itself is taiko no tatsujin. its present in some consoles but most importantly if u want into a honger arcade u'll see one.

what is the game called?

It's called "太鼓の達人" or "Taiko Drum Master"
They have the arcade version at CHQ @ Metropolis... pretty fun game to play.
I play it on my NDS all the time :lol.

I got cydia --> appsync but it's not working..

^ If you have appsync installed on your phone, then just double click that ipa file and then your itunes will open, then just sync it.
