: How do I get to Whistler?

I have tickets for skiing this Sunday and I'm wondering how I should get to Whistler? How much does the shuttle ticket cost?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard somewhere that the road's open from 6pm till like 6am or something, so... maybe you can drive up then? Just a guess.

Yeah, good point. Maybe at the hotel parking lots if you're living there? Or are they all 100% booked up...

Maybe its just open for people to get to Squamish or something...

Yah you were supposed to book a shuttle up to Whister a month ago. Unless you just got the tickets recently that is one epic fail.

the only way u can drive up there is if u have a permit to go up if ur a residence either then that they will make u turn around once u hit squamish so ur only transportation is with grey hound. and the 6am-6pm is when there only allowing ppl come in and out on those times

i think even if u do get up the whistler, most of the roads will be blocked there.

Pay a friend to drive you there, drop you off and circle around like the CSIS, RCMP, and VANOC Security team. Im sure after 15 mins of circling the tiny whilster village he would get a friendly "Hello".
