sounds like you've never bought a ticket through ticketmaster before. they're all bs fees. and you aren't the only one who doesn't understand it.

^ actually I buy all my tickets from ticketmaster but Ive never seen $11 of convenience charge EVER. maybe a couple bucks but ....wow talk about a rip off this time around.

TM has been charging approx 10.95$ service charge on ALL tickets. I went to 30+ concerts last year and every single one was charged. I've seen special promotions for certain performers where they waive the charge, but its rare.
