just watched the first episode on Waste Management.

Very informative and feels good emotionally to watch this.

i saw one that was for western management and it was great. some of the girls had great ideas and the CEO went and give her a raise and other praises whcih was great to see and hear.

I gotta find time to catch a few of these shows.

the big reveal is the best part.

igor gets his own franchise & a vacation for him and his wife
one guy gets a job as a freelance artist for 7-11's advertising

very cool, problem with these types of shows is you dont know whats scripted.. and that sort of thing always goes on on reality shows

it would have been cool to see a big douche get fired, that'll likely happen in a future episode

Is it just me or does this show remind me a lot about Secret Millionaire, where a millionaire goes undercover to a poor neighbourhood and lives on minimal money to see what its like, then at the end of each episode reward something (money, cars etc) to people who they think deserves it because they were trying to make a difference in their community.

The two shows don't seem real to me.. yet its still heartwarming.
Great shows overall.

yueah, i just saw the white castle one, i still thought the guy looks cocky as heck but oh well. the hooters one was actually interesting he got one guy in trouble, i want to see that happen more often, then again they don't to screw up their corp images.
