Major US airports refused to display this and other images (below) intended for use in the RTīs Decemberī09 US advertising campaign.
Only ad accepted:
An alternative version was accepted though, and can be seen on display in airports of New York NY, Washington DC, Baltimore MD and Newark NJ.
