They have a list of 50pts on your car, and they check them and see what kinda info they can get from it. Exactly what it sounds like.

exactly, they have a list of 50 things to look at, and inspect to see if they are in working order, need replacing, or straight out missing.

then they will grade you, tell u what u need improving, then tell ppl to dial or text in their votes so you can stay on and become america's next idol... oh wait, scratch that last part!
