I have a TSX and I recently replaced the stock bulbs with 8000K bulbs. I understand that there should be an obvious drop in light output (I understand the correlation between temp. and output, and tsx's have great projectors from what I gather).
My questions is why do other cars with bulbs at the same kelvin have much great output than mine? I can barely see with mine that I put the stock ones back in! I have seen WRX, escalades, bmw's with purple and even green bulbs that are much brighter than mine. Bad quality bulbs? Bad oem ballasts to begin with (though they were fine with stock bulbs)?
