the best location i can think of on top of my head right now is the Porteau Cover along the sea to sky high way. its right by the ways, and if u want to go closer theres a boat launch where u can drive ur car closer to the water, dont drown ur car tho.

Kind of off topic, but where is rice world in Richmond...I remember driving past but can't seem to remeber the location. I always wanted to do a shoot there..lol

You need to think outside the box guys, Richmond isn't the center of the universe... Are you looking to shoot your car? or just water....... Sea to sky highway is probably the best place for that nice clear water, on a sunny day.
