The Good:
16Gb - generation 1, no scratches on screen
Comes with box, charger, manual
Invisible skin presently on the ipod, and includes new skin for future application
Good battery life.
The Bad:
No headphones included
Charging connection is a little finicky. You have to position in certain positions before it starts charging but once it charges, it has no problems
