He'll do you a deli tray. I watched one guy, just asked for something like $30 in meat and $20 in cheese, and Salam just gave him a couple huge trays of stuff, probably $50+ worth of each. Couple women were in getting deli trays another time we were there, two huge platters of meat and cheese, charged them $30 or something. At those prices, you can hire someone else to do the "catering" part and just provide the food :)
