I learnt the other day that because you guys being on the island, with less traffic, you guys get creeper insurance rates. So...

For you Island dudes and dudettes, how much are your insurance rates? And what do they include?

Your car? Are you a roadstar?

Sorry if these seem like stupid questions...but am just wondering how big the price difference is.

I'm a roadstar. My MS3 is only like $1100 for the year, that's with full optionals and 3 mil liability.

From what I remember, it's about $100/yr cheaper on the island when I moved here from Chilliwack in 2002 and switched insurance.

when i had my 91 MR2 Troof , it was under 900 for the same coverage.
