LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Actor Corey Haim, 38, has been found dead in Los Angeles, Calif., Wednesday.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed the North York-born actor's death, but there are reports the '80s teen star died of an accidental overdose.

Haim was found unresponsive at his Oakwood apartment.

The L.A. Coroner's office said Haim died at 2:15 a.m. at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank. The office said an autopsy will determine the cause of death.

He starred in a number of films, such as "Lucas," "Murphy's Romance," "The Lost Boys" and "License to Drive.

Haim often teamed up with Corey Feldman, and the pair became known as "the two Coreys." Haim and Feldman recently starred in a reality series on A&E.[/img]

He was a harsh addict even as a kid supposedly, you younger guys probably know him from the reality show "the two coreys"

they lived up in Vancouver for ages too

sad :/ im an 80s movie nut so this sucks

edit: oh yeah he was like the highest paid teen actor in the 80s along with the other Corey

and Haim is Canadian

I liked watching his movies when I was a kid, Lost Boys is probably the best. License to Drive and Lucas were funny when they were made but I don't know how much of that would hold up 20+ years later.
