In general, I like it.

Problem is, the wheel size is disproportionate to the size of the car, so it throws off the whole look.

That's ridiculously low ground clearance. :eek: You'd break off the bumper at the smallest pothole, or even on a cobblestone road. Cute Pshop though. :)
