Arcade version is on sale everywhere now. 130$

Noob question: Does the Arcade version have the same performance and specs as the Elite ones? minus the Harddrive

^if its the really older models i dont think so, thats why they are clearing them out.. old arcades use the older fan and chipset if im not mistaken

Perfect candidates for JTAG...

look through the "window" on the box where u can see the serial number on the xbox console itself. look at the bottom left of the serial number, u'll see power ratings, if its says 12 AMPs, it's jasper chip, if it's 14.4 AMPs, it's falcon chip.

I'm pretty sure why the only reason they are putting them on sale is because they are going to discontinue the arcade..

The arcade models at bestbuy Richmond are Jasper. But I'm gonna get the holiday elite bundle instead. It's on sale for 249($50 off)
