yeah no thanx, went there twice thinking the first time i got food poisoning from them was just a fluke... nope, got it a 2nd time. havent stepped foot in there since then, that was about a 1 1/2 years ago.

just like any other chinese operated AYCE sushi. bland and leaves you with a greasy/slight disgusted feeling.

On another note, Japanese food in Hong Kong is freaking expensive. I'm pretty happy at what we (Vancouver) have here.

i mean tomokazu is actually decent not like some other all u can eat joints

Actually, by law, all fish must be frozen before being served raw. Does it happen? No, because some fish are totally ruined by freezing.

Err no parasites still live on fish minutes within their death.

"minutes within their death" has to do with the texture, ie before the fish goes into rigor. There are certain way to kill the fish that prevents that... eg quick shaft into the base of the skull.

Healthy wild salmon rarely has parasites. Its only the cheap farmed stuff that prevails in cheaper sushi restaurants that are infested with parasites. I'm not hating on farmed salmon by any means. I do eat it.
Nothin beats fresh off the hook and raw.
