each line is separate but
you need 2 matching numbers and a matching bonus number so 3/7 for 5$

if you got 3numbers out of 7, then you get 5$ for each line that gets 3/7

there's nothing tricky about it.

probability is 1/14 000 000 or 1/86 000 000 for lotto max just because of the different type of combinations. It's no different from rolling a die when you know there are 6possibilities of all equal chance of appearing.

if the lotto 6/49 were to be played 14million times, there is a good chance(67% i believe) that it will match one of your numbers right now.

it's like flipping a coin. it's possible that you flip heads 5times in a row but if you were to flip a coin a billion times; chances are that 50% results in heads
