Dannon has settled a false advertising lawsuit over Activia yogurt

Apparently there was no real scientific or clinical evidence that the yogurt could actually do what Dannon said it could.

Im not sure if this applies to Canadian consumers.

it's yogurt, eat any yogurt for 2 weeks and youll probably see similar results

It's a successful business. The settlement is just a fraction of their profit. They have a net gain in the end.
