There are a couple other threads about tutorials and what not, but...
Well, my buddy with the new 7D and all the other attached toys is wanting to learn more about it, and is willing to pay for some proper courses (rather than just muddling through some free tutorials), so he's wondering what are some good ones? He lives in the boonies and works on-call with random schedules, so in-town classroom training is pretty much out of the question.
