I was there in Aug 09 and visited the one in Odaiba (close to Super Autobacs)...

japan is fucking with the rest of the world.
they probably putting up these "toys" and have real gundams in underground bunkers or some shit.
watch out, one of these nights, north korea will get destroyed for their "missile testing" over japanese airspace
