This one is difficult to explain... but the whole point of my joke was to be a double entendre... such that it's not supposed to convey "blowjob"... but your supposed sarcastic comment takes the innuendo meaning instead, so in a way it's like a double negative.
Even now, I'm still not getting the sarcasm of your post... I must be missing something, or else we're on a completely different wavelength.

You're thinking too complex here. I was coming from the artists direction with there being no blowjob and only the women cleaning the hair.
Edit: I just looked back and saw the space between blow and job, now it all makes sense! blame it on my phone.
