Of course I watched it..my answer is from the actual Mayan calendar on his website and various sites. He ties it together with today's economic system so people can easily understand how the calendar is actually setting/paving the road for human civilization.

Shifting of energies is suppose to mean that our soul/body shift to a higher frequency level, from 3rd/4th density to 5th density. When you operate at a higher frequency level, you are suppose to be more aware of yourself, desire for unity, peace and love.
