My company (accounting firm) has a quite a few clients that don't feel like paying (~$70,000 total) and I'm wonder if u guys know any collection agency or work for one. Of coz I would prefer ones that dun go chain up ppl doors & spay paint their windows. We dun wanna severe ties, we just want the money to pay our own bills.

I've actually worked for a couple in the past. I find the best one I worked for is cbv collections in vancouver. You have to be careful of these smaller ones but they can play more dirtier then the larger ones if you know what I mean
other ones would be nova collections as well which isn't all that bad.

Any companies you work for there will always be some clients that delay their payments as long as possible, or hesitant to pay. So you literally discussed with them nicely and they still refused to pay? Reasons?

Have you contacted them? If you have and all that I would suggest actually talking to a lawyer about this. I always though collection agency is for small amounsts (at least not 70k for sure).

^ lawyer will suggest going thru the court system, which will take years to resolve. One thing about collection agency is that (I dunno if it's true tho) they can have an impact of credit score. Most business do NOT want to have their score tampered with because that'll make borrowing money so much harder. Also, most people would prefer not to screw with people that have bigger arms that they do. that's just my 0.015

thats correct, CBV actually owned the Equifax when they first started. They take the debt and put it on the credit file as well they have lawyers to sue them for that.
They will take from 15% to 50% for the fee getting the money on all total money recovered.
