Anyone have a website that has a rating/guide, up and downs, of different tv's?

Also my samsung LN-S4D41D 40" 1080p (about 2-3years old)
broke and the cause is this most likely

if all it needs is a few capacitors and maybe two pins shorted together, then I would suggest fixing the TV. a few dollars in parts and tools and you've got a working TV again.
