did you watch the bolivia special? this isn't even about quality... this is just additional content, and they didn't film before season 13 in HD (season 13 was never "scene" released in HD either)

it had at LEAST 10 scenes that were so hilarious... for me, top gears not just a car show anymore, it's a cult-status entertainment show

like how revscene has almost nothing to do with cars anymore :P (for me)

Without watching the directors cut and the normal show back to back I would barely notice the added scenes.
Just cuz they have a $$$$$$$$$$ plugin doesnt mean it can be used to host copyrighted material on here.

so far, these are the only scene releases, and follow the blurays that recently came out. I'll be keeping everyone on RS posted as per topsites/dl links, but it's getting tougher with my laptop in RMA, so i only check RS once/day now.

for now, courage (till season 15) :P
