are these wheels the rota grids? or the rota grid offroads? also will it fit an 04 a-spec tl?

i saw these wheels in person. they are MINT. Very nice wheels and tires are pretty much brand new. I went to meet up with GFunk with cash but unfortunately the spoke design didn't allow it to fit my Stealth.  | |
