using two seperate sub enclosures?

Hi guys, just looking for some info on this subject

Currently i have an F150 in which i am puting two Type R 2+2's under the rear bench

under the bench there is a middle bracket which prevents me from building any normal shaped box, and if I was to build a single box, one side is going to have much less air flow because i kind of have to build that side around the center seat bracket

however, if I build two seperate boxes i can build them exactly to recommended spec for the R's from alpine in sealed enclosures

is this an acceptable practice?

also will my amp, 1600W brutus hifonics Mono channel pose problems in wiring them if they are in seperate boxes? because dont i have to wire them in series or w.e?

Try to build two boxes with the same volume and run them in series in the boxes and parallel to the amp.
