comes with:
- 7 spd sequential gearbox with reverse gears
- brake system
- targa roof
- retractable spoiler/air brake
at the end where he shows the car rowing through the gears, the bottom wheel wasn't moving at all. could it be that it even has a diff?

Holy crap, that is freaking crazy. Complex technic creations blow me away.

Yeah, LEGO has a differential piece. It's the grey cylindrical-shaped piece you see spinning in the middle left side of the screen, but there could be more instances of it somewhere else in the model itself.
Picture of the differential piece:

I think the 1 wheel wasn't spinning because the car was laying on it's side, and the wheel pressed against the surface of the table didn't have enough torque to spin.

I was once proud of motorizing a F50 model I had with those mini 4wd racer motors... now looking at the veyron and moreso the ferrari - I suck.

All those tube pieces for the frame are Lego too? Sure ain't your standard square and rectangle bricks, that's for sure.

Yep, looks like the model is 100% LEGO. There are dozens, if not hundreds of gear and axle pieces in there too. Making everything match up and mesh together is what blows me away.
