After the update, all my subscribed threads are gone, is there any ways to recover them?

You'll have to subscribe again. There were over 70,000 subscriptions to threads since 2002, and we were wasting a lot of resources sending out thousands of emails each day,and getting thousands of emails bounced back at us.
