Are there any local dealers that carry this or is it an online only type of product?

Never head of this brand but that's actually pretty cheap for a "Steadicam". I believe some stores locally carries Glidecams and Steadicam branded ones but they'll cost you a pretty penny. You could improvise using a tripod/monopod by finding the centre of gravity.
