| Spotted: smashed E46 coupe no.4 and Westminster Hwy
Looks like a single vehicle accident? I stopped my car for a long time and I wasn't moving in queue before I whipped out my camera, for the record.

Nope it was a two vehicle accident, despite it being in Richmond 
The lady driving the red beemer was out of her car screaming and running around when it happened. The other car was a bit down the road, calmly standing outside of his car calling 911 from what I remember LOL.
