I recently ordered from CarCareSmart.com and following their policy of shipping via next business day, it's been an extra 4 days already.
I created an account for the purchase, and I've logged in before but now when I do try to log in to the account... The CarCareSmart.com site says unknown user. THEY DELETED MY ACCOUNT! wtf!

I shot them an email.. but I think I should contact paypal.. Can they get my money back? :-/

If you paid with Paypal, you should be able to dispute the charge and get it reversed. The company will have to provide proof of delivery to avoid the reversal.
