Looking for a vtec solenoid for a b16a2

vtec doesn't kick in anymore..the obd reader says P0132 which is High Voltage to your O2 sensor. Just wondering if anybody has any idea what to do. I changed my oil and oil filter and there is still no difference

It shouldn't be a problem with your vtec solenoid if that's where your going with this...the problem is within your o2 sensor circuit
