anyone know where I can get individual contact lens? I rarely wear contact, but I am wanting a pair for this sport even coming up. So I want to get a pair of contacts.
I wear this weekly Biometics brand, but i dont wanna spend 120 bucks on 2 boxes.
i know they give out samples for new customers, but would they sell me it?

Ask your current optometrist for a free sample.

Free sample ftw. Tell them you are interested in trying out a different brand.

i get mine from cambie optical(cambie and 15th). i can buy them by the pair instead of boxes. usually get 3 pairs though every 3 months. she's sold me daily contacts by the pair too for when i went on vacation.
price is cheaper than clearly contacts. cause usually i get the purevision ones (https://www.clearlycontacts.ca/contact-lenses/purevision/prod93970.html) from her for $40 total.
btw. purevision contacts ftw!!!! don't have to take them off for one month.

Yeah man, pure vision is the way to go. I tried so many brands, including most recently acuvue oasys, and they all sucked balls. After switching to pure vision last year I don't even feel them until after about 18 hours of wear, and best of all you don't even have to take them off if you're lazy and just wanna crash.

+1. But for some reason they always push their house brand on you, maybe for profit. I will have to try those pure vision ones Reaver mentioned.

3 months? that's pretty epic. Mine last 14 days before I have to change them, also have to take them out when sleeping... I slept in contacts before and in the morning they just feel really dry.
... btw isn't wearing them 24/7 bad for your eyes?

I hope no one is actually paying these prices.
Not sure if Clearlycontacts has adjusted their prices to reflect their American counterpart site (Coastalcontacts) prices, but when I bought contacts, I just went to clearlycontacts, ordered my stuff and then called in/email to get a price adjustment to their american website prices.
I think I saved something in the ballpark of $ 40 dollars.

says on the website you can. http://www.bausch.ca/en_CA/consumer/visioncare/product/softcontacts/purevision_lenses.aspx
i've been using them about 6 months. new pair every month. not needing to take them out and saving on solution is great. even at the end of the month(like today) they still feel pretty good.
i used to use the soflens ones. after 18 hours they just feel dry.
i don't think cambie optical does eye exams. i get mine done at the place right outside of t&t at metro. they do a better job than the place in lansdowne mall that i used to go to.

I saved over $250 on a year supply of lenses. Just have both sites open to compare the prices and call the clearly contacts number. They adjusted the price for me right away to match their US website.

I've been using the monthly contacts for over 2 years now, no problems at all. Leave them in for a month straight and sleep with them in all the time. I use the Focus Day and Night ones, they are great.
