Not if he's trying to export it legally.

But there are ways. A handful amount of leased luxury cars made their way to China.

The complication is how to get registered at the country of import. But if you have to ask, I'm assuming you don't have the necessary connection to make that.

you need a title before most shipping companies will even ship the car out.
Also at incheon port, you need to present the title. Unless you bribe all necessary officials.
Great way to illegaly make some money!

he SAID hes still going to be making the payments.. its not considered stealing... its when he stops the payments and reports it stolen..
