I've had it for about 10 months but don't use it all that much now that I've upgraded to a Nikon SB80DX
It has a manual zoom head. and full rotational head 270/180
Its pretty big in size. has decent power output.
Much more power than a SB400 though it also much larger nearly the size of an SB900 though not nearly as heavy.
Its a fairly basic flash. But if your looking at the SB400 price range and want more flexible bouncing capability this is your flash.
