Just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone for their support over the last year. The first year was a little slower than we were hoping for but this year has taken off and a lot of you are responsible for that. Thank you. The down side of the huge increase in sales is that we are having one hell of a time keeping anything in stock so you're patience while we sort out the stock levels is also very much appreciated. We look forward to being able to service you guys in the future. Stay tuned for some new things from Autowerkes Exclusive.

Suppliers are out of everything it seems and even they are having a hard time getting stuff from the manafacturers. Had a box ( with your wax erasers ) sit in Miami for a week after being ordered. Thank YOU Ken for all the advice and product availability... have hugely increased my knowledge and decreased the time needed to shine up my car! 
I'm back on the 17th, we'll figure out a time to get the car done after that.

I ordered over $100 worth of stuff on May 6th just wondering if an email goes out when it ships or do you just ship it automatically? I'm not in a rush just not sure how updates work from your website

Chris | Whats your last name Chris or order # and I'll look into it. We were held up by a large order that got misplaced somewhere between here and Miami for over a week. A bunch of orders went out yesterday.
