L & G Bubble Tea moved to Aberdeen!
Yea so I was strolling around Aberdeen in Richmond today looking for beef jerky and found that L & G Bubble Tea moved from the granville 41st location to the juice place on the first floor beside Saint Germain's Bakery.
Soooo for all the UBCers that used to stop there for bubble tea now you can get it in Richmond!
prices were still roughly the same..$3.50 + $0.50 for pearls n stuff
the owners recognized me from before..so i got a new VIP card...$3.00 flat rate bbt!
I had the greeen tea icecream and it was decent 8.5/10 =)
and grand opening promotion is 20% off!
that is all haha

actually the owners told me the ppl that took over the place calls it L and C now instead of L and G hahahahaha

used to go to L&G for some bbt with a friend of mine. The owner there is hilarious to talk to.

Went by the place yesterday. Looks ghetto. The whole set up is not changed from the previous juice stand. Menu is hand written on craft paper. Selling philipino's ice cream on the side? Thats weird.

i hate bubble tea. overpriced garbage. and those balls of tapioca balls taste like garbage. they are overly chewy and takes a long time to consume. why is it that everything is overpriced.

I'm there right now. Had no idea this place moved. The owners are at the Aberdeen one. They tell me they sold the old place to move to Richmond.

Owner is a cool dude. I arrived at like 820 and he was getting ready to close. He already dumped his ice so he couldn't make my slush so he went to get more. It took awhile and he tried to give me the drink on the house since it took longer but I insisted he take my money. It really wasn't more than a few extra minutes.
