: Battery for brakes?

Do some cars have batteries for brakes? I was watching Rick Sanchez on CNN and said the dealer replaced the battery for his brakes on his car. Did a quick Google search and couldn't find anything.

Lol wut? Even for a hybrid there are no Batteries for the brakes for regenerative braking. :lol

back up battery for the ABS controller? incase if your main battery cuts out and alternator dies at least you'll have ABS?

other than that it sounds like the dealer is bs'in their customer.
