so i saw the advertisement on craigslist.
someone was selling a gtr r34 vspec in BC and registered!
so i msged the guy asking for more info.... i was too late, the guy already sold it... and only for $5000!

wat u guys think? the owner said it was no joke....
just wondering if the new lucky owner is on revscene!

it is possible to register a r34 in canada as a home built car...
but it takes a lot of effort.
From what i heard from one of the owner of AK autowork, its kinda impossible to do so anymore.

but yea, the R33s are now legal to insure in Canada, jsut nto the R34.. so why would you spend money to just import it to have it sit in your garage... to take it to the track, you need to tow it...

There's a R34 registered in Ontario. It was on sale for $90K, $5K sound like BS to me. You can't even get a mint R32 for $5K.

we've had this R33 GTR (V-Spec) sittin at the shop for 2 months already, could be wrong but think it was the first if not one of the first ones here, and it's a V-Spec too. Fully legal and everything, we're just swapping out for bigger turbos right now.

I was driving it the other week around Richmond, Bridgeport area.

WoBuffet wrong person, this car been in the shop for the last few months, only drove it once around Bridgeport.

Jsales not sure about the price yet, we have to see what the market for it is now since there's a few other ones floatin around. Should have sold it months ago though, probably would have gone for a bit higher than what it will go for now. Just doing a few upgrades to it right now.

Yup. I'm sure there's more than one. First one I saw was last week, some older Caucasian gentlemen came into the shop to talk to Akira. His was the blue one decked out in all Nismo. Was in perfect shape. I think it was a grade 4.5 rating.

Kinda cool to see older people get into the import scene. He was telling us he had a vette before and got the R33 GT-R recently. He said he couldn't believe the difference between the two.
