Ikea has bean bags. They are just the regular basic ones. I don't recall how much they are though

Yeah, the FatBoys are a bit too pricey. They were using them in the Olympic Villages in the Athlete's lounges.

I've seen custom bean bag chairs available at the Foam Shop. Not sure how much they cost, but they have multiple retail locations throughout the Lower Mainland.
