Some of that footage is amazing, like the stadium and parties in the streets etc...

We're pretty sheltered here in North America about how frickin crazy the rest of the world is about that sport.

With all due respect to the NHL's outstanding campaigns in the past couple years, soccer ads have been the best for the last two decades. The worst part is...we don't get the majority of them on TV here. When I was I Germany for '06, there were just tons of just epic ads on TV for soccer. The adidas ones were pretty good but the best are always Nike ads like the Scorpion Tournament or the one with robot ninjas.
