I served papers to ICBC (through my lawyer) on february 8th. It's been a while since I've heard from my lawyer/icbc, so I decided to call and leave a voicemail (since it's the weekend)

Just curious how long it took ICBC to respond when you serve them papers from other people's personal experiences, and what happens next?

I had actually tried to do that. Spent a few days talking with one of their PR rep's before they declined. :(

Depends on what kind of papers they are. I'm assuming its a part of your PI claim. If they are court documents there is usually a time limit but counsels are usually lenient with them if its not urgent.

I don't work for ICBC but deal with them a lot as a lawyer so I'd be happy to answer questions if a section ever was created.
