Anyone rocking a clean fade or buzz with a line up?

I haven't got one in a while so I'm looking for a good barbershop around 20$. Preferably in East Van. anyone know of any?

I'm looking for a place to get a fade also. Tho I heard there's a place on commercial, a vietnamese place, that does a pretty sick fade. $15 only too.
