Has anyone used the Urban Networks (http://www.ubn.ca/broadband_features.html) fiber optics internet up on SFU?

I am on telus High speed and in the evening I am only getting 0.5 mbs. And I am paying quite a bit of $$$ for their "high speed" crap.

UBN is $10 per month for 10 mbs which is really tempting for me.

Just want to see if anyone is up on SFU and if they are using it. Any issues with slow connection, reliability, evil back door pricing like Rogers and Telus?

You're going to end up with a lot of overages fee on that 10GB cap.

Honestly, I have no idea how much internet I use. Do you guys think the 10 gb cap is really that bad? Telus is 60 gb for their high speed and 100 gb for the turbo.
