I'm stupid to even ask this question, but if there's anyone out there that would charge "a-b-o-u-t" the same price as Tirerack for these things?

Tire rack wants $441 USD and I know there's shipping cost and exchange rate. But how much would I be looking at if I buy local vancouver?
